Excellent – thanks. Having had Steve speak before (committee secretary’s conference) I knew it would be good.

It didn’t meet my expectations as I expected I would get very little from it that would work for me. I thought it would be too technical and featuring on legislation etc. HOWEVER I’m thrilled to say I gained a huge amount from it and am looking forward to my next report writing!
